Agilent Technologies Wirescope PRO Universal PLA Adaptors:

The faulty cable on the adaptor is replaced with one of exact identical spec, Daetwyler CAT7 grade cable as used on the manufactures original adaptors.

OMni Scanner PLA Series:

We offer a refurbishing service of your PLA cables by replacing the internal patch cable and RJ45 connector with a higher spec Daetwyler cable than was currently used by the Microtest.

The internal counter of the adaptor is also set back to zero so in effect giving you a new cable.

The Fluke versions of these cables are converted by discarding the black flat cable, then fitting a small adaptor plate on the plastic adaptor housing to take a spiral type strain relief clamp designed for clamping the Daetwyler standard CAT7 grade patch cable.  The new cable is soldered onto the circuit board and then tested on our test cables prior to dispatch.

These cables carry a 3 month warranty subject to conditions.

Elektrotech will not be held liable for any faults found on refurbished / converted cables that are found to be caused by actual faulty circuit boards and DIL connectors.

Warranties are void if refurbished / converted cables have been mis-handled or damaged in any way.

Channel adaptor servicing can be carried out on most channel adaptors, with the channel adaptors  we can replace the RJ45 connectors with identical connectors, please contact us with your model for confirmation that a repair is possible.
